The gate cards are set, your Bakugan are in play, the battle has commenced, suddenly you realize that you are about to loose the battle! Your opponent starts to look very sure of himself, when all of a sudden you spring your trap! You throw down your trap Bakugan, changing the attribute of your brawlers, and suddenly your G power skyrockets! The battle is yours, and your opponent doesn't even know what hit him!

The new Trap Bakugan can change a game in the blink of an eye. Each Bakugan trap pack comes with one trap ability card and one special bakgan gate card. Trap bakugan are not rolled, they are thrown down as a trap on an open gate card to reveal a hidden attribute change or additional G power. Just imagine when you roll your low G power Haos Bakugan into battle, and your enemy throws in a Ventus, only to find out that your Haos is turned into a Subterra and your G Power explodes!

Trap Bakugan include the Pythantus, Scorpion, Carlsnaut, Tripod Epsilon, the Square trap, and the rare Dual Attribute Special Attack trap! There are more on the way with a rumored Tetradecahedron Trap coming out soon!

In order to play the trap, it must match the attribute of the open gate card. Once you have played the trap, it goes into your used pile, and you are only allowed to play one trap per game... normally. They can be used in combination with your regular Bakugan for more strategic battles and powerful attacks! This is an amazing addition to your Bakugan lineup and strategy, and your opponent won't ever see it coming!
