Bakugan Bronze Attack Packs- Walmart Exclusive

Well, Target gets their very own exclusive Bakugan Combo Packs, and now it looks like Walmart is getting their very own exclusive Bakugan toys pack too: Bakugan Bronze Attack Packs. Though these aren't quite as cool as combo Bakugan traps from the main characters they are some EXTREMELY powerful Bakugan with very powerful ability cards as well specially made for the Bronze Bakugan.

Included in the Bakugan Bronze Attack Packs is Storm Skyress, Preyas Diablo, Wilda, Fortress, Ravenoid, Hammer Gorem, Dragonoid, and a Neo Dragonoid! These packs are pretty cool and come with the super charged balls and ability cards. Seriously, if you want to pick up some very powerful new Bakugan for your lineup, then these packs are some of the most powerful Bakugan packs yet. Most of these Bakugan sport G powers of 600+ stock, with rare ones going even higher.

The ability cards are awesome too. Take for example the Freedom's Land card for the Bronze Subterra Bakugan in your lineup. You play it during a battle on an opponents gate card where you have a Bronze Sub Terra Bakugan. Your Bakugan gets the gate attribute bonus 1 extra time. Your Bakugan get the gate attribute bonus an additional time for each gate card in your used pile! This is an incredibly powerful card to play late in the game, and can turn everything around and clinch a win quite quickly!

New Bakugan Combat Set!

In case you missed it, Target is having an exclusive release of some super special Bakugan. Called the Bakugan combat set, each package comes with 2 Bakugans and 2 special Bakugan cards. They are representing the main characters of Bakugan, and you can bet these sets will be super popular really soon. They feature the trap Bakugan and the primary Bakugan used by Mira, Marucho, Dan, Spectra, and Lync.

Mira, Marucho, and Dan just have the Bakugan and their trap (which is still cool... don't get us wrong...), but Spectra and Lync's bakugan combine together to form the Meta version of their respective Bakugans. Lync's Mechanicak Bakugan Altair of course combines with the mechanical Bakugan wired to form Meta Altair. Spectra's Bakugan Helios combines with his trap Fencer to make a Helios combination of Meta Helios!

That's right, now you can get Meta Altair and Meta Helios without having to find the two Bakugan separately! Check out these Combo Bakugan Combat Packs either at Target, or on eBay. You may also be able to find some here: Cheap Toys Online. Oh, by the way, eBay is one of the only places you will find the super rare Meta Altair Lync combat pack, it's not even listed on the back of the other packages...

And The Winner Is…

bakugan-victory-strategy

And The Winner Of The Bakugan Contest Strategy Is:

DaRkNeSs for his awesome Fake Roll strategy!

DaRkNeSs' Winning Strategy:

For this to work, you need 3 strong Darkus Bakugan with at least 600 G’s, Gate of doom, field of dread, mudslide nexus, powder keg, clean slate, and Doom Card.

Start the game. Keep missing the gate cards until your opponent has all of their bakugan on a gate. ( now even out your used pile. When you miss a gate, your bakugan goes to the used pile until all of your bakugan are in the used pile. When this happens, you may bring all of your bakugan back.) Now use Doom Card and Clean Slate. Doom card makes you take all of the bakugan in either side that loses and remove them from play. Clean Slate makes you move all bakugan on a gate to the used pile. Now because of Doom card, they are removed from play instead. Now you must roll a darkus bakugan for his to work. Now your opponent has no bakugan to use. You win by default. If your opponent demands one battle in the brawl then roll onto your card and use powder keg. Your bakugan should be really pumped up and ready to fight so you will win the only battle.

Competition! Strategy! Scandal...

Well, it was a tight race folks, this strategy won by one vote over Francisco's strategy. You all did an awesome job coming up with these ideas, and everybody who entered deserves a pat on the back... except for one of you... you know who you are. We had a bit of a scandal during the contest, but thankfully it was caught in time, and the appropriate victor was chosen.

Let's all join in giving a hearty Congratulations to DaRkNeSs on winning the contest and winning the Meta Altai Wired Combo! We'll be in touch dude!

We had so many entries, and they were so good that it really was a hard job picking the four best Bakugan Strategies. To us, each and every one of you that entered the contest is a winner and deserves a little something. So our graphics wizards have been hard at work all afternoon putting together a little surprise for all of you. Stay tuned, very shortly we will be revealing our newly animated Bakugan Forum Badges for everybody who entered to proudly display on your forum signatures showing the world that you are a Champion Bakugan Strategist!

First of all, we want to let everyone know that the turnout for this contest was amazing. You all had some awesome strategies that were really amazing. It wasn't easy picking our 4 favorites for sure, and took a good deal of debating and thinking. But after many long hours of checking, we picked our 4 favorite strategies from this contest, and now it's up to you all to pick the winner!

We chose four very different strategies that we felt embodied the best of each approach to the game. Each was well thought out and tried to cover as many different possibilities as they could. The best Bakugan Strategies are the ones that expect the unexpected, and take that into consideration. So read over these strategies carefully, and vote for your favorite! The winner will receive a Bakugan Meta Altair/Wired Combo! (And we are working on some very special prizes for everybody else who entered as well)

Voting will stay open until this Friday, August 7th. The winner will be announced at this time.

The Four Best Bakugan Strategies From The Contest:

1. For "Most Comprehensive Strategy" that covers almost every angle possible we loved Francisco’s Pyrus Bakugan Strategy:

Pyrus is all about getting the power you need when you need it, and is very good at getting into the fight it wants to be in.

The Pyrus Bakugan

Pyrus Bakugan come in lots of flavors, for gameplay though, most are just as good as others. There are a few exceptions of course as there are a few cards which give specific bonuses to specific Bakugan like Manion. If you've got the card and the Bakugan, than it's almost always a good idea to include them in your force. If you're playing the standard game and you're not planning anything extra tricky, just pick your 3 best Pyrus Bakugan to use.

The Gate Cards

For your Silver Gate card, look for a card that not only gives a great bonus for Pyrus, but that also doesn't give too high a bonus for anyone else. You might be tempted to use Tornado Alley as it gives a 170 G-Power bonus, but it also gives a big bonus to Ventus. You'd probably be better off with a card like Fire Pit which gives the best bonus to Pyrus while not offering as much to the other attributes.

For your Gold Gate card, you will likely want to include one that matches the shape of one of your Bakugan. Another great option would be a card like Forest Fire. This card gives a terrible bonus to Pyrus, so you'll probably lose this fight, but once it goes into your opponent's used pile, it'll give your other Pyrus Bakugan a G-Power bonus for the rest of the game! Just make sure that this is the first Gate card you play, and if you can, the first Gate card that you fight over, so that you get the maximum use of the bonus!

For your Copper Gate card, there are lots of good choices. The card Earth, Wind and Fire combos nicely with Forest Fire. You let your opponent with that first battle, then on this battle, you'll get a good bonus from the Gate Card along with an extra 100 G-Power as your opponent will have more Gate Cards, and ANOTHER extra 50 G-Power because of Forest Fire! It's also hard to ignore a card like Stand Off which not only gives a great Pyrus bonus, but also stops your opponent from being able to play any ability cards to catch-up. This is a card you want to put out late in the game if your opponent has been hording his ability cards instead of playing them in early battles.

The Ability Cards

For your Red Ability card, Dan's Throw is a good choice for any player who has a particular Ability card that they would rather use twice. This ability is often very good for Pyrus players. Magnetic Action is a great combo if you really want to be fighting over a particular Gate card first (like the above Earth, Wind and Fire). Also, if you aren't an expert roller yet, it's hard not to at least consider one of the cards that allows rerolling.

For your Blue Ability card, your choice is probably easy. The Blue cards are mostly about big G-Power bonuses, so using the biggest one you have is never a bad strategy. It's worth noting though that the G-Power bonuses on these cards go up as they are harder to play. For example, the 60 G-Power you get from G-Power Boost can be used in any battle, while the 110 G-Power you get from Ring of Fire can only be used on battles on your Gate cards, so be careful that you don't pick a card that you never use in a game! Personally, I like the cards that give big bonuses on my opponent's Gate cards, because I usually need the help in those battles.

For your Green Ability card, you've got a lot of great choices. Pyrus let's you eliminate the edge that your opponent might have with a big monster G-Power Bakugan. Playing this on one of your Gate cards is usually good for a won battle. But my absolute favorite trick card to use here is Help From Friends. If you're following the strategy that I've outlined in the Gate card section, this card is a near perfect combo with Earth, Wind and Fire. You know you'll probably lose the Earth, Wind and Fire battle, so go ahead and lose it, but then, using this card, it'll be like you won! And you'll still be getting the Earth, Wind and Fire bonus for the rest of the game! Now that's some tricky card play...

As you can see, a lot of thought can go into what cards you pick for your Pyrus force, or any force for that matter. But there are lots of clues on the cards that will help, and by far the best way to figure out what works for you is to just keep trying new things. You might lose while you try out new strategies, but that's OK, as every loss should give you some clue as to how you can improve your strategy!

2. For our favorite “Weakest Bakugan Wins” strategy we picked Kathleen’s Weak Bakugan Strategy:

If you have a weak Bakugan (350g or lower), or yours is weaker than opponent's, get the gate card Tricky Gate, Duck and Win, or Reversal. When you set the card on the field, make sure to roll your bakugan on that card. When you turn it over the card will say that the bakugan with lowest g power wins. If you're against someone who uses that strategy the best way to beat them is to use an ability card like Gus's Powerblast which says that text on the gate card, other than the Attribute bonuses, will have no effect. Then you will win.

3. For our favorite “Overwhelming Force” Strategy we picked Jalen’s Subterra Strategy:

Do you bury your opponent alive or does your opponent wash you away?
• Here is a Sub Terra Stratagy. First you need one of the two Sub Terra Bakugan with 720G's
• Mega Nemus,
• Double Sided Angelo Preyas.
• With Both Strategies you need a Sub Terra Zaok Trap
• You also need Heavy Water Ability card for both.

For Mega Nemus you set him on his character card and when battle ensues he doubles from 720G's to 1,440G's. Then on The Nemus Character Card he would gain 100G but because of the Zaok trap he gains 180 so he is now at 1,620 and you activate Heavy water to have a total of a whopping 1,780 and good luck having your opponent beating that. In this case your opponent will be picking dirt out of thier bakugan's cracks for days.

For double Sided Angelo side Preyas you also need his character card. you set him on it and when your opponent attacks you open the card to have him double up to 1,440 and then gain 70 and 210 for his attribute bonus but then send out the trap and get 200 and 210 instead. at this point your Preyas is at 1,850 plus an extra 160 from heavy waters you are at 2,010. You will completely bury your opponent alive with this one.

4. And finally, for our favorite “Fake Roll” Strategy we picked DaRkNeSs Darkus Strategy:

Bakugan Strategies Contest Week 4 Results

Ok boys and girls, here are the final entries to this month's Bakugan Strategy Contest. We will be picking the four best from all the strategies submitted and then putting them up for a vote so you can pick the winner!

Bakugan Strategy - Joseph Yoo

This is my bakugan stragety, my first reason is ,because I have 3 bakugan, I will ask the opponet to only use three bakugan. Then we get started .If I roll my bakugan and they all miss or mybakugan faint,I will use one of my abillitie cards such as ,call of defenders, which allows me to bring back the bakugan in the used pile then to unused pile.then I will send out my weakest bakugan ,pyrus dragonoid with 400 gs.Then I will put down a gate card called low bridge which makes the opponet faint if his or her bakugan is stronger than me.2 more bakugan to go.Then I will send out my bee striker with 500 gs.the I will use my abillitie card to give my bee striker 200gs.then I just keep using all of my abillitie cards that give me extra gs.then I use fire pit and defeat the enemy.and last the final match. I simply use my strongest bakugan for last then I first set down a special gate card, which the gate card is bait. Then when I open the gate card the player with the fewest gate cards in the used pile, adds all their used ability cards to their own used pile. Then I will use "Call of Defenders" and reuse my bakugan, after that I will withdraw my strongest bakugan and set down a gate card called "Low Bridge". Then I will set down my weakest bakugan and then use my gate card, which is the bakugan with the lowest "g" power total wins the battle.

Pyrus Strategy - Crystal

Have a pyrus apolinir with 700g use a ability card that allows you to put it on any card you want make sure the card is called percival it will now have 1000 g

Have a gorem that has 150 more g than your oponent make sure your gorem lands on the card called gorem it will amedietly win

Use a weak pyrus or Haos bakugan then roll it on a card that halls the same atri bute that's highlighted then use a ability amcard named shiny devil pyrus will get 350g+ and haos gets 400g+

Have a darkus alpha percival with 770g the make sure it lands on a card called gate of doom then use a ability card called thundercrack it will get 80g+ if it's batteling a subterra or haos bakugan it gets 100g+ in total of 1,180g!!!!!!!

Sub Terra Strategy - Crystal

Heres a more specific tips for Sub terra brawlers,

Bakugan

• Garganoid low g
• Gorem high g
• Wormquake 650g
• Preyes|| 720g
• Kilroy wilda 700g
• Clayf 700g
2 bakugan trap
Gate cards

S/earthen mound
S/volcanic lake
G/garganoid
G/gorem(with hammer in picture) not hammer gorem
C/high voltage
C/mana surge

Ability cards
G/earth shutdown
G/shiny devil
B/home advantage
B/triangle of power
R/call of the hex
R/call of the hex

Roll the garganoid on the gate card called garganoid say the garganoid has 480g it's a subterra bakugan it gets 240g but all garganoids gets double the bonus so 480g+ so far 960g then use the ability card called shiny devil it will now have in total of 1,110g then use a bakugan trap it will have 1,350g!! If it has say 540g it would be even more

have a regular gorem with maybe 570g or higher make sure it lands on the card called gorem (it will show a
gorem with a key like weapon) the gorem will audimtically win

Use a kilroy wilda 700g make it land on a card called volcanic lake the bakugans g is now 920g then use the ability card called earth shutdown the g is now 1,120 then use a trap bakugan the g is 1,340

Before rolling use one of the ability cards called call of the hex u will now have both trap bakugan roll your preyes|| with 720g roll it on the card called earthen mound it will now have 920g roll a trap bakugan the g is now 1,120g

Roll a wormquake with 650g roll it on a card called mana surge the g is 950
Then use the ability card called triangle of power (for each used bakugan that both players have the bakugan gets 50g+) hopefully in the end it will have maybe 1,450g

Roll your clayf with 700g the make sure it lands on the card called high voltage the if you used the other call of the hex then roll a bakugan trap then the g is 1,300

Rock on all you sub terra brawlers!!!!

Bakugan Strategy - Saffron
Well, my bakugan are Bronze Helios 600g Pyrus Neo Dragonoid 650g, Aquas Neo Dragonoid 490g and Darkus Nemus 500g.

In a Bakugan battle, i usually use my gate card HIGH GROUND which gives Pyrus 380 G power!
The ability i use is called COLORVOID, which allows me to change my opponets attribute! It's awesome! When i battle with Bakugan, I don't really win battles much, but i still enjoy playing with them! My favorite bakugan in my team is my Helios, he's really cool!

A Great All Around Strategy - Starwars123456

Just an all-round strategy…

Bakugan: Haos Foxbat 650G
Ventus Brontes 560G
Pyrus Fencer 530G

Gate Cards:
Pleasant Stone
Gloomy Gate
Rainbow

Ability Cards:
Bright Eyes
Call of the Defenders
Counter Trap Alpha

I start the game off by using counter trap alpha, only allowing Pyrus, Aquos, and Subterra bakugan traps to be used by the player with the lowest gate cards. If my opponent puts a Sub Terra bakugan on the card Pleasant Stone, I put foxbat there, giving him +300G. Then I use the card Bright Eyes, Bringing Foxbat up to 1,020G, making him almost invincible. I roll Brontes on Rainbow, and since I am using 3 different attributes, he gets +150G and the Card bonus, +60G, bringing him to 710G. Not the best, but not the worst. I roll Fencer on Gloomy Gate, giving him +150G bringing him to 680G. If I lose 2 battles, I use call of the defenders to bring back all my used bakugan. My foes never beat me with this strategy!

6v6 Bakugan Strategy - DaRkNeSs

This strategy is for Big Brawl (6 on 6). You need a Baliton trap, a strong aquos and Haos, and your weakest bakugan. Gate Cards: Wind Swept Caverns, Duck and win, Mudslide Nexus, El Condor Character Card, Light Burst, and Light Portal. Ability Cards: Fire Shutdown, Blue-Green Combine, Baliton, Call of the Hex, and 2 blue ability cards that power up Haos and Aquos. The Baliton trap must match your weakest bakugan.

Walkthrough: Start with El Condor card and roll you aquos onto it. Put down Light Portal and roll your Haos onto it. Now, when you are on your opponents gate, use a blue ability on your bakugan when your opponent opens his gate. Then use double ability Blue-Green Combine and Fire Shutdown. This will turn your opponent's bakugan to Pyrus and boost your bakugan by 200 G's. (If you are facing a pyrus already, then just play Fire Shutdown.) Now battle on opponent's gate again but use your weakest bakugan and set down Baliton. Lose this battle on purpose so you can activate your baliton card. This will bring back your blue ability card and your Fire Shutdown card. After you lose that battle, put down your Wind Swept Caverns gate and activate your Call of the Hex card. This will bring back your trap. Now roll your weakest bakugan onto the gate. When your opponent battles with you on this card, open it and bring back Fire Shutdown to use on your opponent once again. You could bring back your Baliton card but you would lose another brawl if you use it to bring back Fire Shutdown.. Battle on your opponents gate and use Fire Shutdown with Blue-Green Combine. Now put down Duck and win and roll your weakest bakugan onto it. Use Blue-Green Combine to turn your opponent to darkus. Put down Light Burst and roll your Haos onto it. Use Blue-Green Combine to turn your opponent to aquos or pyrus. If for some reason you only have 5 gate cards in your used pile, put down your last gate card and use Blue-Green Combine to change your opponent to pyrus. You should have won before your opponent unless you messed up. Practice this strategy and you should learn to adapt to your situation.

Haos and Darkus Strategy - Derek

okay here is my 6 step bakugan strategy for the contest:
1. I roll out my haos Naga 640g onto river gate gate card and if i miss i use go for perfect ability card,
2.now i use my light wind color shift which let's my naga gain the highlighted bonus on the gate card which is 110 and my naga is now at 750g
3.i send out my haos scorpian trap to turn my haos naga into an aquos type, and activate the gate card and naga gains 150g and is now at 900g which will probably destroy the bakugan in that turn
4. i set a random gate card and send out my darkus wilda 560g and i use my dire reaper ability card which gives my darkus bakugan +100g for each ability card in the used pile and so my wilda now has 760g or 860g depending on if i used go for perfect ability card and wilda should be able to beat the bakugan
5.now i send out my darkus preyas 2 on a random gate card and either angelo 510g or diablo680g will come out
6.i now use another dire reaper ability card and my bakugan will gain 300g or 400g depending on if i had to use my go for perfect ability card in the beggining, and my angelo would be 810g or 910g and my diablo would be 980g or 1080g and either one would probably work against the opponent.

Pyrus Strategy - cman1999

I throw down my neo dragonoid 550gs then I open my gate card Prism Gate which gives me 160gs so I'm 710gs. Then I use my ability strike dragon and that gives me 550 so I'm 1,260. Finally I use my ability burning dragonia and finish the opponent off.

Aquos Strategy - Super Si

This is what it does. First I throw down my aquos diablo that is 500gs, then I open my gate card that is a reflection gate plus 150gs which equals 650gs. Then I use my ability card Rapid Wave. This ability lets me throw down another aqous bakugan so I through down my Elfin g changer at 680gs. Finally I add elfin and diablos g power and it equals 1330gs and I finish off the opponent.

Aquos Strategy - Oliver

If you're versing a powerful opponent, try using one of the Aquos first series Bakugan with few G's against him on the Reversal card (whoever has the least G's loses). Your Aquos Bakugan will gain no G's at all and will pulverize your opponent, with more G's.

Haos Strategy - Jonny

Green ability-never give up-if you lose with a haos bakugan by 150g power or more, then gate card stays in field and both bakugan go to owners used piles.
Blue ability-bathed in light-80g haos and 100g if opponent is darkus or pyrus
Red ability-rip tide-if any opponent has more gate cards in thier used pile then you, you can reroll any aquos or haos once per turn
Grey gate-bio hazard-turns Gs negative and minus 100g haos
Brown gate-low bridge-lowest Gs wins and gives low power up to haos
Gold gate-good gate for haos your choice
bakugan-really weak
bakugan-really weak
bakugan-really strong

Haos Strategy - Jack

My bakugan strategy is to increase the G power of my haos bakugan with fields of lava and card force. My sting lash bakugan has only 340 Gs so he’s great for quick sand, which makes the bakugan with the lowest Gs win! Sometimes the two haos bakugan can use blinding gate’s power to.[ones got 640 Gs and the others got 440 Gs]

Pyrus Strategy - Caleb

First I through down my haos nemus at 700gs and open my gate card light in the dark then I throw down my neo dragonoid at 700gs. It gets 300gs plus from light in the dark. So I have an 1000g neo dragonoid and my nemus is 900gs then I add them together which equals 1,900gs and I finish them off.

Weak Bakugan Strategy - Kathleen

If you have a weak bakugan (350g or lower), or yours is weaker than opponent's, get the gate card Tricky Gate, Duck & Win, or Reversal.

Ultimate Bakugan Strategy - RJ

first i send out my nightmare gate card then my ventus cosmic ingram with 670 gs.the nightmare gate card gives him 240 gs adding up to 910 gs then g-power bump giving him + 60gs adding up to 970 gs.i've never lost a round aginst anyone with this combo.then again i've never lost a game even using just cosmic ingram.

Haos Nemus Strategy - Anthony

1.HAVE HAOS MEGA NEMUS 720 GS 2.HAVE GATE CARD CALLED DRAGONOID G POWER BONUS 170GS 3.HAVE ABILITY CARDS DUSTY SPARKLES,2 BRIGHT EYES CARDS,BATHED IN LIGHT,KLAWGOR,AND SHINY DEVIL 720+80+70+70+80+80+400=1,420

Tricky Bakugan Strategy - Pauline

I play the play before you roll card called gus's powerblast. It says that if a gate card is turned over at the beginning of the battle then its text box is considered empty. Then I use the play before you roll card called light Stone. It allows me to roll twice and if both bakugan stand no gate card bonuses apply and my opponent can't use any ability cards. then I roll a subterra bakugan on to my opponents gate card and roll a second one. If both stand on the card my opponent can't do anything and I win.

Ventus Strategy - LexieGirl

ok well your gonna need three ventus bakugan, at least at 500 Gs.

gate cards:
high ground
gate of wind
wind portal

let your opponent play what ever hes got to play, but make sure you you have the ability card "deadly lync volan #6" so you can see what hes got hidden. Lastly play your high ground card and throw your strongest one on it.if he dosent fall for it use the ability card "combo battle" and go attack him. and if you guys are down to one bakugan each, you should use the "runo's throw" ability card an get one of your bakugan back.

Bakugan Strategy - Manuel

A great way to beat your opponent is to set the lift gate card and then do a battle on one of your opponents gates and lose. Then roll your ventus bakugan (for me its bronze scraper 620 g's) onto the lift card you gain 200 while your opponent can't use any abilitys.

Ok, without further interuption, here are the Bakugan Strategies entered in the contest last week:

Darkus Strategy By Bug13

1 darkus hades 1pyrus pyro dragonoid 1 sub terra angelo, 1dragonoid gate card 1hades gate card 1earth gate 1 burning sands card 1 burning sands card 1big brawl card 1 preyas switch 1 tripod epsilon aquos use preyas switch to make angelo aquos  summon tripod epsilon use it's darkus ability and use your dragonoid gate card to boost pyro dragonoid's g power and use your Hades gate card on your Hades and then use tripod epsilon to turn Angelo into Subterra and activate burning sands, and use your big brawl to get g powewr from every Bakugan and win the Brawl.

General Strategy By Bob

My strategy is to at least get my bakugan's g-power as high a it can go, but if my opposing bakugan is more than mine I do the unexpected. I try to get my bakugan's g power somewhat high then open my gate card and my bakugan gets a big boost and win. If i can't get it higher I set then ser the gate card Duck and Win, thn I play small g-power bounus then open the gate card and win.

Subterra Strategy By Jalen

Bakugan:
Sub terra Wilda (killroy) 700G
Haos Mega Nemus 720G
Aquas Cosmic Ingram 660G

Trap:
Subterra, Ventus Zaok

Gate Cards:
Gold-Ingram Character Card
Silver-Muddy Ground
Bronze-Rainbow

Ability Cards:
Red-Julies Throw
Green-Shadow Lash
Black-Heavy Water

I start By putting Cosmic Ingram on his character card so almost anyone that battles him/her (at 1530) will lose so I don't need ablilty cards for Ingram. Then I set out my Rainbow card and battle my opponents bakugan. I activate Julies throw to destroy my opponents strategie and make him send out a different Bakugan. I roll Wilda and if I stand on My opponents card. If I have less I send out my trap and activate heavy water. Because there is a trap heavy water's affect makes wilda gain 160 instead of 80. Then I roll Mega nemus onto Rainbow and if anyone battles him Mega Nemus will have 1070 so he too is almost unbeatable. Then I do the same with Wilda exept this tim I activate Shadow lash to stop my opponent from gaining a G power boost from his/her gate card. At this point I will have 2 gate cards won so I set out muddy ground with wilda and wait for my opponent to dare and challenge me.

Another Subterra Strategy By Jalen

Do you bury your opponent alive or does your opponent wash you away. Here is a Sub Terra Stratagy. First you need one of the two Sub Terra Bakugan with 720G's
Mega Nemus,
Double Sided Angelo Preyas.
With Both Strategies you need a Sub Terra Zaok Trap
You also need Heavy Water Ability card for both.

For Mega nemus you set him on his character card and when battle ensues he doubles from 720G's to 1,440G's. Then on The Nemus Character Card he would gain 100G but because of the zaok trapo he gains 180 so he is now at 1,620 and you activate Heavy water to have a total of a whopping 1,780 and good lluck having youe opponent beating that. In this case your opponent will be picing dirt out of thier bakugan's cracks for days.

For double Sided angeelo side preyas you also need his character card. you set him on it and when your opponent attacks you open the card to have him double up to 1,440 and then gain 70 and 210 for his attribute bonus but then send out the trap and get 200 and 210 instead. at this point your preyas is at 1,850 plus an extra 160 from heavy waters you are at 2,010. You will completely bury your opponent alive with this one.

General Strategy by Andrea (even girls play Bakugan!)

First, I would let my opponet throw out his gate card .Then, I would role my Fortress and put in my scorpion, and if he throws out an ability card I will use my poison sting it will cancel there ability. Then I put in my brushfire then let them attack.

Subterra Strategy by Ally

i use a subteera 720 anegelo use high voltage witch boosted  it 300 and then use earth shut down witch bosted it 200 720+300+200=1220

Pyrus Strategy by Farhan

I set a gate card then I let down Pyrus Dragonoid. If I battle with subterra brawler, I will open my gate card.Pyrus+230g while Subterra + 0g`s.This strategy is from Dan 100

Darkus Strategy by DaRkNeSs (lovin it!)

For this to work, you need 3 strong Darkus Bakugan with atleast 600 G's, Gate of doom, field of dread, mudslide nexus, powder keg, clean slate, and Doom Card.

Start the game. Keep missing the gate cards until your opponent has all of their bakugan on a gate. ( now evenout your used pile. When you miss a gate, yur bakuga goes to the used pile until all of your bakugan are in the used pile. When this happens, you may bring all of your bakugan back.) Now use Doom Card and Clean Slate. Doom card amkes you take all of the bakugan in either side that loses and remove them from play. Clean Slate makes you move all bakugan on a gate to the used pile. Now because of Doom card, they are removed from play instead. Now you must roll a darkus bakugan for his to work. Now your oponent has no bakugan to use. You win by default.fyorooponet demands onebattle in the brawl then roll onto your card and use powder keg. Your bakugan should be really pumped up and ready to fight so you will win the only battle.

Darkus Strategy by Jeffrey

I start by making sure that all my strong bakugan are off the field.  I then use a clean slate ability taking out all my opponents and my remaining bakugan on the field.  That should take care of some of my opponents nasty tricks.  Then i play a bakugan swap gate card and roll a week 250g bakugan on the card.  When your opponent rolls their powerful bakugan on to the card, it makes the 2 bakugan(mine and my opponents) go to the used pile.  I then roll my 680g pyrus fortress and pyrus pythantus trap on to the card and change the attribute to darkus.  Then the darkus boost on the card maxes out fortress's g level to 830gs leaving your opponent to go cry about being dominated.

Haos Strategy by Marcelino

ok first put a brontes card that allows him take any g's from any attribute so first equip the darkus g power to brontes which will be 800 g's then use the ability card golden launcher which doubles the g power depending on the attribute so now its 1000 g's soo now use the ability card see the light which adds 50 g's to your bakugan. so thats how to get 1050 g's for haos brontes.

There's a ton more Bakugan Combos and strategies listed in the Bakugan Contest post comments. Be sure you check them out!

Ventus Strategy By MatthewLightningStorm

Here is a ventus strategy for you ventus brawlers. You would need a ventus boost ingram 670G.Next you would need a ventus tripod epsilon that changes to aquos. Then you would need a ingram character card and a prismatic magnifier ability card.So change you boost ingram to aquos and then play prismatic magnifier to double the aqous sub Terra and haos gate attributes.Boost ingram 670G+210 doubled to 420 doubled to 640G=1,310G.Bakugan Brawl !!!

Pyrus Strategy By Cameron

My strategy is to use the card pyrus which drops my enemies g-power to 0.Then i play the card colorstorm that gives my bakugan 70 g's.After that i play g-power boost that gives me 60 g's. and after my enemies bakugan is defeated,i play the card pyrus2 that allows me to take the highlighted bonus instead

Pyrus Strategy By WillyG

To start I use my 400G Pyrus Drago on my Overhang Gate card. I get no attribute bonuses but that's O.K. because the Overhang lets the lowest G's win.

After that, I use my 600G Ventus Foxbat with a Vulcan Gate card. The Gate gives me 220 more G's Plus my Bronz Launcher Ability adding 160 more G's. I end up with 980G's.

Last but not least, my 680G Helios on my Open Field Card with my G-power Up Ability Card. After all that I end up with 910G. It's not the greatest but if one of these doesn't work I can always capture a Gate Card.

Pyrus Strategy By Justin

700 g pyrus apollonir + death from above+ wind shutdown =900g Apollonir

Darkus Strategy By Logan

Ok first i send my Darkus Alpha Percival on my Quadruple Battle card and whenever someone throws a Bakugan down to battle Alpha Percival then i would activate Quadruple Battle then throw down my Subterra Wormquake and my Pyrus Neo Dragonoid and add their G's together and destroy rhe opposing bakugan

650+250=900
520+200=720
580+300=880

900+720=1620+880=2500

Resulting G-Power: 2500 Gs

Pyrus Strategy By Patrick

During your turn in the battle you shoot out the PYRUS BOOST INGRAM and activate his charater card.

Then you use the DEATH FROM ABOVE ability card. This will leave your foe defenseless when your Bakugan total is 1700G's AMAZING!

Bakugan Strategy By Guat360

First pick an attribute and pick 3 bakugan. ( on really week, one that you are really god with and one  strong one)

Now you need 3 gate cards one that you will need is tricky gate ( or one that has the same effect). then get a character card for the one you are really good with, and last with your last card (gray) have it have a high attribute bonus.

Now ability cards one you will need is minefield then you will need an ability card that takes away any ability to be played for the round last have the last card give you a high attribute bonus

Now here's the plan

note: Only use mine field to take out his strongest bakugan make sure you do not have any bakugan of yours on the field

the first card you put down is tricky gate and put in your weakest brawler
And when your opponent puts in his brawler open your gate card and you win

Then put in your gray card and brawl your strongest bakugan and play your green ability card open your gate card and attack and win the match

Hopes this works for all you great brawlers out there.....

Darkus Strategy By Sheekala

Darkus players should focus on the ablities. They need to stop all the ways  the opponents tries to defeat them. They should have counter ablities to stop their ablities. They also need to defend their bakugan from attacks  made by the opponent.

Aquos Strategy By Kenny

This is a strategey for aqous bakugan. For example, i will use a sirenoid, fear ripper, and storm skyress all aqous. use the gate card percival.note:this is for strong opponents. Use the ability card lightning, which lets you roll another aqous or pyrus bakugan again. if you need another roll, use the ability cardhard rain, which lets you reroll any aqous or ventus bakugan once per turn.lets say sirenoid has 460gs. your opponent has 700gs.  he has a haos brontes. brontes gets 130gs more, bringing him up to 830gs because of the gate card percival. you get 170gs, bringing you up to 630gs. use the ability card shiny devil and take down your opponent 930gs to 830gs.

Bakugan Strategy By Brandon

i would choose the bakugan with the highest G power, then i would choose gate cards that would give my bakugan a lot of power, then i would choose the best special ability cards for my bakugan. when in battle if my apponents bakugan has higher G power i would throw another bakugan on that gate card so i would be able to defeat his/her bakugan. if the apponents bakugan would be a little than mine i would open the gate card then use a special ability to defeat his bakugan. then when it is all over i would give the apponent all of his/her bakugan back.

From: the worlds biggest bakugan fan (aka: Brandon)

Dragonoid Strategy By Khris

my bakugan strategy is send out fire pit and throw down neo dragonoid (pyrus 550) and if the opponent has a higher bakugan send out copy cat if not youll probably be good with fire pits bboost if not throw out cant remember the name i have it but cant find it a card that boosts neo dragonoid by 50 gs or sometin my friend gave both to me well thats my strategy also my mom might not approve so send me some more details please my mom questions it acctually send mor data thanks

Aquos Strategy By Jonathan

Roll 250 G Metal Aquos Drago onto bakugan swap gate (80 pyrus  50 aquos  30 subterra  50 haos  140 darkus  80 ventus) card to make opponent believe its a gate card that makes lowest g power win and that it gives aquos low amount. if he doesnt roll an aqous, he will at least roll a low g-power bakugan. swap drago for 660 g exedra. if opponent uses ventus or pyrus, i play wind shutdown. opponent loses 100 Gs and i gain 100 if his is pyrus, he loses 200 and i gain 200 if his is ventus. if his is subterra or haos, i play light shutdown. if his is subterra, he loses 100 i gain 100. if his is haos, he loses 200 and i gain 200. if his is aqous, i play both. he loses 200 and i gain 200.that makes either 900 or 1,000. if he somehow DOES beat me, i use darkness to victory ability card, all opponent's gate cards are played face-up while this is in my used pile.

Pyrus Bakugan Strategies

As part of our Bakugan strategy contest, we recently received this amazing entry from Francisco that we just had to share with you before our weekly update:

Pyrus Bakugan Strategies- By Francisco

Bakugan Strategies Contest Week 1 Results

Hey all you Brawlers out there, as you probably know, we have been having another Bakugan contest! Bakugan Strategies

Subterra Strategy
by Oskar
Most subterra bakugan have high g powers, except when they hit a gate, like tricky gate or duck and win, the bakugan with the lowest G power wins, to neutralise the gate play Gus's powerblast at the start of the battle before rollling your subterra bakugan so the bakugan with the highest G power wins (really works with my 720G subterra Angelo).

Pyrus Strategy
by Dylan
Bakugan:
475g Neo Dragonoid (translucent)
590g Neo Dragonoid (translucent)
680g Helios

Gate Cards:
Overhang
Gate Of Fire
Glamour Gate

Ability Cards:
Rainbow Portal or Fire Wind
Colour Swap or Shadowfire
Brushfire

This strategy can be played in two ways, defensive or offensive.
If you are playing offensively, then choose Fire Wind and Shadowfire.

Choice of Bakugan:

You need a weak Bakugan for the Overhang gate card to work.
My 590g Neo Dragonoid can be changed; but it is good to have a mid powered Bakugan to be able to use Colour Swap.
A Spin Dragonoid is a good replacement for the Helios, because you will get an additional bonus from the Glamour Gate but just take note that your opponent may have a card like Prism Gate which will stop you from getting a bonus.

Use of Gate cards:

Bronze
Overhang allows the Bakugan with the lowest G-Power total to win. To ensure your opponent loses, Pyrus has no bonus, Darkus gains 50g, Aquos and Subterra gain 100g, Haos 150g and Ventus 200g.

Silver
Gate Of Fire gives Pyrus a 150g bonus, Aquos  0g, Subterra and Haos 90g,  Ventus 100g and Darkus 120g.

Gold
Glamour Gate gives each owners Bakugan +30g for each special treatment they have. If you have two like me then you get an additional 60g bonus from this card.  Pyrus gains 200g, Haos 10g, Subterra 90g, Darkus 100g, Aquos 110g and Ventus 180g

Where to stand your Bakugan:
Weakest G Power on Overhang gate card.
590g Neo Dragonoid on Gate of Fire.
Helios on Glamour Gate.
(You will need to make decisions based on the opponents Bakugan during the game)

Ability Cards Effects

Green
Colour Swap is an important card, if your opponent cancels the effect of overhang then in most cases Colour Swap will give you a big enough boost to win. Also if you end up landing on an opponent’s gate card and you have a bad power bonus then you can swap your colour with your opponent.

Shadowfire won’t help you defend your own gate cards. It will however almost ensure you win your opponent’s gate because it stops them from gaining their gate bonus.

Red
Rainbow Portal allows you to reroll any of your Pyrus, Darkus or Subterra Bakugan once per turn. So you can get the advantage of your opponent by moving your bakugan around so you have the advantage. The down fall of this card is that you can only use it whilst it is the only ability card in your used pile.

Fire Wind allows you to move any Bakugan around the field. You can use this to take out your opponents strongest Bakugan by moving it onto the Overhang gate card or moving a weaker Bakugan onto a gate where your stronger Bakugan is standing.

Blue/Gray
Brushfire is used in both offensive and defensive strategies because you will almost always need to start battles and not wait for your opponent to roll onto your gate cards. Brushfire gives a 140 Pyrus boost, meaning that you will almost always win.

First set my Duck and Win gate card send in my Darkus Serpenoid (400g) then open Duck and Win. Total G power is only 540g

Next send my Ventus Fear Ripper(440g) on my opponents gate card then activate my ability card Ventus and switch his gate card with Duck and Win. Total G power is only 550g

Finally sacrifice my Ventus Fear Ripper and Darkus Serpenoid on my opponents gate cards. Then set my Catch Up gate card and roll my Aquos Limulis(660g) on to it. Then activate my Summon Wave ability card(+140); then open my gate card (+90+200). Total G power is 1090g.
